1. Fill in the application below and "Submit by E-mail" via the button on pg 1 (top right).  You may send your proof of employment, photo ID, and social security as additional attachments or through postal mail.  For 3 adult occupants you will need to fill out an additional Tenant Release Form and submit it to the office.

2. Pay the $75 application fee.

3. Mail any necessary materials to:

4. You will receive your application decision approximately 1-3 business days after all materials are received.
